"This place is terrible. Poor service, you leave reeking of food because the kitchen is out in the open. I found a hair in the mashed potatoes! How are they still open with a pending grade? They can not even pass expection!"

"Terrible restaurant. Came with a party of 4 and ordered a lamb kebab with french fries. After everyone had already received their entrees and eaten but me, I asked the waitress where my food was. She ignored me. I then asked again, and she said 4 minutes. 10 minutes later I asked her to just bring me a check. She brought the check and the shis kebab. I said I have waited one hour and do not need the shis kebab. She explained to me she could not bring it back and started yelling at me. I did not want to make a scene so I told her to just wrap it up and I will take it home. Needless to say, Nargis Cafe will never get my business again. 1 hour for a lamb shis kebab, I think not!"
